same var name used for the "sequencing" macros

uses the same approach as was employed in model-net (MN_START_SEQ/END_SEQ)

Contains the following:
- annotation-aware codes-mapping API
- updated mapping tests
- updated codes-base models to use the new API
- updated LSM to configure based on annotation
  - fixed initialization issue (was doing config as an event)
  - no need for lsm_send_init from outside LPs
