  This reverts commit 511a1dc7.

first testing script to be initiated with Turing@lanl machine
further editing of test results to be refined.

The script was running ./configure and ./prepare in
IOFWD_SRCDIR.
Fixed so it uses the current directory.

This means runtest-range/rev can now be run from the source repository
without needing anything from the repo. (i.e. doesn't need configure/be
buildable).

Only uses ${IOFWD_SRCDIR}/scripts/configoptions.$(HOSTNAME) from

IOFWD_SRCDIR needs to point to the iofwd git (local) repository.
