distcheck still doesn't succeed - there are a bunch of test files that don't
get cleaned up. moving on, but will make a ticket for it.

Add code sent to me from Babak @ UIUC for generating events from
their I/O trace recorder.

Now, specify the darshan install directory with --with-darshan=/dir/
to build the darshan workload generator and link it with test
applications.

Modifications to autotools to include necessary info for building
the darshan workload API. This API compiles fine, but the mpi replay
test is not linking properly with darshan library.

The Bison code breaks in Bison 2.7 or newer.  We don't have any changes
planned for the parser itself in the near term, so this commit adds a
version of the parser generated with Bison 2.5 back to the repo for now.

Updates to modelnet (1) Updated the mapping configuration for dragonfly (the mapping now distributes the routers equally on all the PES.  The old dragonly mapping configuration was placing the routers on a single PE which was causing congestion on that PE leading to slow model performance in parallel ) (2) Updated 'make check' to handle dragonfly and torus test cases as well (3) Remove the num_servers argument from model-net test case, the number of servers are now calculated from the config file (4) Placing the ross mapping parameters in the codes mapping file
