various darshan-parser flags aren't documented well

For instance, the '--file' flag outputs the number of files (of various type) opened by the application, as well as the number of bytes moved to/from that file and the max offset accessed in the file. These flags are documented well in the Darshan documentation, but we may be able to do a better job of annotating the outptut so users at least have a rough idea of what type of data is provided.
