update documentation for CP_DEVICE field

The CP_DEVICE field previously stored the value of the st_dev field retrieved using stat(), but it now stores a hash of the mount point path instead. This change doesn't have any practical impact, but the comments in darshan parser and the darshan parser output guide are now out of date in relation to trunk.
